DoughJo aims to provide a convenient and reliable ordering experience for customers in Islamabad.

4.1 Delivery Coverage

• Delivery availability depends on the customer's location, product type, order size, and delivery arrangements available at the time of ordering.
• Our delivery service is intended for eligible areas of Islamabad, including designated service zones around E-11 and Blue Area.
• Availability outside these areas must be confirmed before placing an order.
• Certain fragile, large, or customized products may require special delivery arrangements or collection from a DoughJo branch.

4.2 Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.
• Charges may vary according to location, distance, order size, and delivery requirements.
• Any free-delivery promotion is subject to its stated terms and eligible delivery zones.

4.3 Delivery Timelines

• Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on order volume, traffic, weather, location, and operational conditions.
• Customized cakes and advance orders are prepared according to the confirmed schedule.
• Customers should provide their preferred delivery date and time when placing an advance order.
• DoughJo will make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed delivery arrangements but cannot guarantee an exact arrival time where circumstances outside our reasonable control cause delays.

4.4 Receiving Your Order

• Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number.
• Someone should be available to receive the order at the agreed location.
• If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the customer may need to arrange a new delivery. Additional charges may apply.
• Customers should inspect the order upon receipt and report any apparent issue promptly.

4.5 Customized Cakes and Fragile Products

• Customized cakes require careful handling. Depending on the order and location, DoughJo may arrange delivery or offer pickup from our designated branches.
• Customers who arrange their own courier or inDrive pickup must ensure that the courier is suitable for transporting cakes and other fragile products.
• Once an order has been handed over to a third-party courier arranged independently by the customer, DoughJo cannot be held responsible for damage caused during that courier's transportation, subject to applicable law.
• Full advance payment is required for customized cake orders collected through inDrive or another customer-arranged courier.

4.6 Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery may be affected by severe weather, traffic congestion, road closures, security restrictions, technical problems, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where possible, our team will inform customers of significant delays and discuss suitable alternatives.

4.7 Pickup Options

Customers may arrange pickup from the applicable DoughJo location, subject to order confirmation and branch availability. For customized cake orders, pickup arrangements can be confirmed for our E-11/3 or Blue Area branch.
